Mrs. Koehlinger’s Retirement
After 41 years of teaching in Lutheran schools, I am retiring with a heart full of joy and gratitude. I have had the privilege of teaching incredible students and working alongside some wonderful teachers, who have become my extended family. As a young graduate from Concordia Seward, I never imagined that I would love everyday of my career as much as I have. I have taught Preschool, Kindergarten, First, Second grade, and art over the years, but my heart will always be in Kindergarten. I love the excitement and love of learning my students bring to the classroom each and every day! I will truly miss their joy!
Thank you Holy Cross for being such a blessing! Thank you for the chance to grow here each and every day for the last 29 years. I am grateful for the friendships, memories and opportunities I have experienced here.
In retirement, I am looking forward to spending time with my children, spoiling my 7 grandchildren, and doing some traveling with my husband, Mark.
