Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

I’m excited to share an encouraging update on our CarePoint in Chicacao, Guatemala! We will now be receiving quarterly videos to help keep us connected and informed. You can view this quarter’s update here: https://vimeo.com/1183092728?fl=tl&fe=ec with the official opening this week!

This ministry continues to be a meaningful way for us to care for one another and extend Christ’s love to our brothers and sisters in need around the world.

Thank you for your generosity and ongoing support. As we look ahead, there are several ways to get involved:

First, we are currently seeking 10 more Prayer Friends to sponsor children. If you know someone who may be interested, please share this link: https://www.hopechest.org/carepoints/chicacao-2/. They do not need to be Holy Cross members—several individuals from other churches have already joined in!

In addition, Holy Cross is partnering with Freshwater Church in Paw Paw, Michigan, for an upcoming trip to Guatemala on July 22–28. They are looking for a few more travelers to help keep costs down. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet your sponsored child and participate in a home visit with their family. If you are interested, please reach out to me or Pastor Van Meter.

Finally, I ask for your continued prayers—that God would bless this ministry and use it to bring comfort, hope, and the message of Christ to those who need it most.
