Welcome Justin!

We are excited to introduce Justin Jones, who will be joining our staff in July as our new Director of Facilities and Technology!

Justin is passionate about using his gifts to serve others and sees his role at Holy Cross as an opportunity to support the ministry through approachable technology, dependable systems, responsible stewardship, and a heart for our students and families.

Justin is a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership experience, and passion for ministry. With over 15 years of professional experience, he has worked across construction, corporate, nonprofit, school, and church environments. Most recently, Justin served as the IT Manager for Granite Ridge Builders, where he managed all aspects of technology ranging from building systems and security to network infrastructure, mobile devices, AV systems, and smart home technologies.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Indiana University Fort Wayne. His early career included time as a Substitute Teacher in Southwest Allen County Schools and Suburban Bethlehem Lutheran School. He also spent time in the tech industry as a Senior Advisor with Apple Inc., where he provided support for macOS and iOS users. Those experiences shaped his people-first approach to technology and customer service.

In addition to his professional experience, Justin has served the church in various leadership roles. He was previously the Administrative Director at Aboite Lutheran Church and currently serves as a small group leader in the middle school ministry at Pathway Community Church. He has also held volunteer board positions with several Fort Wayne nonprofits focused on entrepreneurship, the arts, and community events.
