Rooted & Reaching Update
Dear Friends in Christ,
Grace and peace to you from God our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ!
I’m writing to share some good news about our Rooted in Christ, Reaching Across Generations campaign—and to thank you for the incredible support so many of you have already shown.
As of June 18, we’ve received $1.7 million of the $3.7 million pledged. That’s a remarkable milestone, and I want you to know how grateful we are. These gifts are already being put to work—with our flat roof nearly complete and the sanctuary and gym roofs next. Steady progress continues, and we’re grateful for the dedicated crews making it happen.
At the same time, our partners at Design Collaborative have provided building plans to Michael Kinder & Sons, our construction team. With guidance from Andy Hesterman, a member of Holy Cross and consultant with the Lutheran Church Extension Fund, we are on track to break ground on our new Early Childhood addition this fall!
All of this is cause for thanks and praise. But more than that, it’s a reminder that this mission belongs to all of us. If you’ve already made a gift—thank you. You’re helping move ministry forward. If you haven’t yet had the chance, now is a great time to get involved. Your participation—whatever the amount—makes a real difference and encourages others to join in too.
Please continue to keep the work (and the workers) in your prayers. What we’re building isn’t just bricks and mortar—it’s a faithful foundation for generations to know Jesus, worship Him, and carry His name into the world.
Together, let’s keep living out what it means to be Rooted in Christ and Reaching Across Generations.
