Lutheran Senior Care Ministry began in 1924 with the mission to provide a Word and Worship ministry to people living in nursing homes, assisted living centers, and adult day services in the greater Fort Wayne area. Today, they serve over 40 facilities with the help of 20 Lutheran chaplains who are active or retired pastors, or deaconesses.  LSCM provides weekly worship services at these care facilities, led by an LSCM chaplain, and they distribute large-print Hope-Full Living devotional booklets to residents who desire them.   Click here to see a list of facilities and days/times when the Chaplains are at the facilities.
