More information about our partnership with Children's HopeChest (CHC) in Chicacao, Guatemala. One of the unique distinctives about Children's HopeChest is their commitment to building sustainability in the communities where they work.

What we are asking of you? 
At this point, we are simply asking you to prayerfully consider sponsoring (i.e. HopeChest Friend) one of the Care Point's children. This is $45/mo ($540/year). I like to think of it as less than $1.50/day. This helps provide nutritional meals, essential medical care, educational support, and ongoing discipleship for a child and their family. As Kim said, this consistency, access, and care change more than a child's circumstances, it changes their trajectory! And what's really cool, to give children a sense of autonomy, they get to pick their Holy Cross sponsor family.  

Upcoming Timeline: 
Feb 21-23: Commitment Weekend. This is our official launch weekend where committing HC Partners will officially register and get their pics taken and sent to Chicacao. 
March 7-8: Sponsorship Event. This is the event at the Chicacao Care Point where the children there will pick out their Holy Cross sponsor families.
March 21-23: Reveal Weekend. This is where we find out who picked us ;-) and start our relationship with our Care Point children and families.
