Want a Grocery Store on N. Anthony?
Join us on Saturday, April 22, for a video shoot at the former Rogers/Scott's grocery store property (3109 N. Anthony Blvd.) to help promote the site to prospective grocery store chains.
WE NEED A HUGE CROWD OF PEOPLE TO SHOW HOW MUCH OUR AREA WANTS A GROCERY STORE!
It's also time to spruce things up for outdoor eating, drinking, shopping, and just plain celebrating! We're looking for volunteers to help with some spring cleaning along the Corridor. You'll be rewarded with a free North Anthony Corridor t-shirt (while supplies last) for your efforts! When you're done, enjoy food and drink from our restaurants and on-site local food trucks. There will also be live bands playing at Record Store Day at Wooden Nickel for your musical enjoyment.
The agenda for the day is:
- 8 am - 9 pm: Record Store Day at Wooden Nickel
- 11 am to 1 pm - corridor clean up (meet near Wooden Nickel - 3422 N. Anthony Blvd.) and eat & drink
- 1 pm to 2 pm - video shoot at Rogers/Scott's site (3109 N. Anthony Blvd.)
