JA Volunteers Needed
Can you help?? Junior Achievement (JA) empowers students to own their economic success through programs that focus on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and workforce readiness. Junior Achievement is in need of volunteers to facilitate JA programs at Holy Cross Lutheran and other area schools.
These volunteer-led programs include 5-6 sessions delivered once per week. Your commitment would be 30-45 minutes per session. Our winter session classes begin the week of February 5th and our spring session the week of March 12th.
Junior Achievement provides all of the necessary materials for a volunteer to facilitate the 5 to 6 required sessions, including a one-time training orientation. At this training orientation, volunteers receive the program materials as well as classroom management and student engagement techniques.
If you are interested in partnering with Junior Achievement to impact and inspire area youth, please contact the JA Education Team at (260) 484-2543.
