Holy Cross is blessed with a talented and dedicated network of teachers, pastoral staff, and administrative staff. The teaching staff has an average tenure of over 15 years, with a healthy mix of young new talent and seasoned professionals. Each grade consists of two separate classes. The average class size is 25 students in Kindergarten through Third Grade, and 28 students in Fourth through Eighth grades. Teachers aides are used to supplement the activities of the teaching staff.

Along with the finest in Christian education, Holy Cross has an outstanding music program, and offers students the opportunity to nurture their athletic ability in soccer, football, wrestling, basketball, and volleyball. A state-of-the-art computer lab was recently completed, and Holy Cross now has one computer for every four students. This lab, under the supervision of a full-time technology instructor offers students Internet access as well as the ability to incorporate the latest in PC technology into their education. In addition to the lab, every classroom has at least 4 personal computers to facilitate learning. Each member of the faculty and staff is available to parents and students via personal visits, phone calls, or email.
