Operation Christmas Child

What goes in the shoebox is fun! Select a quality “wow” toy such as a doll, soccer ball with pump or stuffed animal. Add other fun toys, hygiene items and school supplies to fill your shoebox.  Customs no longer allows candy, toothpaste or any other liquids or sprays.  Most importantly, PRAY for the child who will receive your gift and include a personal note and photo.  Go online to donate $9.00 for shipping costs and follow your box.  Pick up a shoebox in the Welcome Center today and return it by November 12th!

What happens when the child receives the shoebox? Their shoebox is the first gift many children have ever received! The treasures and personal letters inside communicate that someone cares for them and give them an opportunity to experience the love of God. Pastors around the world host shoebox distributions in places where people may not know Christ and invite them to follow Him. Other churches use the boxes as resources for outreach in orphanages and other at-risk areas. In many places, they also offer The Greatest Gift, a Gospel story booklet Samaritan’s Purse developed for shoebox recipients.
