The school facilities have come a long way since Holy Cross Lutheran Church opened the school as a mission of the church. In 1946, the enrollment was 52 students. Kindergarten was added for the 1947-1948 school year and the total enrollment grew to 77 students. In 1948, the enrollment reached 112 students. In 1965, ground was broken for a full-sized gymnasium, a cafeteria with seating for 500, a choir rehearsal room, and additional classrooms. The school enrollment was 455 students.

Today, Holy Cross Lutheran School is home to over 350 students. And with a capital stewardship program called "Holy Hearts, Wholly His", Holy Cross is continuing to improve our capacity to carry out our mission by expanding and improving our physical facilities. Nearly $3 million dollars has been pledged to accomplish this effort and construction is currently under way.

We are especially blessed that our new additional state-of-the-art computer lab was completed in August 2008. We are also excited about our new science laboratory which reached its completion in September 2008.
