| Mission
& Ministry Teams (MMT) are made up of Holy Cross
Partners to assist staff members with the implementation
of mission and ministry to achieve the critical
targets and strategic goals of the congregation.
A MMT can be established for an ongoing task, a
fixed period of time or a one time event.
If you have an idea for a new ministry that will
support Holy Cross’ strategic plan, please
print off a MMT application and submit it to the
Senior Leadership Team (SLT) member in charge
of that area or to the church office for SLT review
and approval.
When filling out the MMT application, please
refer to the Board of Trustees Policy Manual when
listing the critical targets & strategic goals
of the new ministry.
