Holy Cross is a congregation of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod, headquartered in Saint Louis, Missouri. The LC-MS has about 2.6 million members and we are in partnership with churches in over 50 countries around the world.

At Holy Cross, we believe God is 1 God in 3 Divine persons - Father, Son & Holy Spirit; The Bible is the inspired Word of God, absolute in truth and the only guide of faith; People are sinful and in need of God’s forgiveness; Jesus is the eternal Son of God, born of the virgin Mary, and thus true God and true man. Through His death He took upon Himself the punishment due all people. He rose from the dead to conquer death. He is the only Savior and hope of eternal life. He will come again in glory to judge the world on the last day; Salvation is by grace, as God’s gift; Forgiveness is granted all who repent of their sins and believe in Jesus Christ; The Church is the partnership of all who trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior; In Baptism God gives us new life and adopts us as His own; In Holy Communion we receive Christ’s true Body and Blood for forgiveness and strength.
